Apart from the obvious language barriers there are other less obvious differences. From cultural and social practices to business etiquette many differences exist. It is important to understand these differences. ISCPM provides a comprehensive Business, Culture and Etiquette training package for our clients. In 2010 ISCPM is proud to offer a CPD Diploma in Asia Business Skill Fundamentals. This will be a one year, five module course acredited by Dublin Institute of Technology.
ISCPM provides Mentoring, Executive Coaching and Training in both Supply Chain and more specifically in Asia Business Skills, Culture and Etiquette. This Training is delivered by Industry Experienced professionals from Ireland and overseas. Their experience spans manufacturing, supply chain, business development, training and communications. All tutors have practical experience and most are still working in industry.   Training Offerings –   ISCPM offers a full range of course types. These courses can be tailored to meet specific functional, industry or geographic needs.   CPD Diploma in ASIA Business Skills Fundamentals – This a modular course consisting of five two day modules and comprehensively covers the skills required to carry out business successfully in an Asian business environment. This course will be delivered by Industry experienced professionals with at least 5 years direct experience working with Asian companies in multiple industries. It can be delivered as an in house program if required.   Doing Business in Asia – Challenges for Managers This is a two day course that gives the participants a basic knowledge of the challenges of working with Asian companies either as customers, suppliers or colleagues. It is a broad based foundation course.   Doing Business In ‘XXXX’ This is a one day course and is country specific. The course content concentrates on the country in question.
